Production & Lead Time At LTM JEWELS, we do not mass-produce. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order using 18K solid gold (AU750) and sustainable lab-grown diamonds.

Current Lead Time: Please allow 15-20 business days for your order to be crafted, plus an additional 5-10 business days for shipment.

This window ensures our artisans maintain the highest standards of quality. You will receive a notification and tracking number once your piece is ready.

All-Inclusive Pricing (Duties Included) We provide a seamless luxury experience. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. * No Hidden Fees: All orders (Canada, USA, and International) are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

Total Transparency: All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your total at checkout. You will not be responsible for any additional fees upon the arrival of your package.

Shipping Methods & Security We offer secure, insured shipping for all orders.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon dispatch.

Signature Required: For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery for our high-value jewelry pieces to ensure they reach you safely.

Address Changes: For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has entered the production phase (after the initial 24-hour grace period).

Lost or Damaged Packages LTM JEWELS is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once they leave our studio. However, as all shipments are fully insured, please contact the carrier or our support team at info@ltmjewels.com immediately if your package arrives damaged. Please retain all packaging materials for claim purposes.
