General Policy: All Sales Are Final At LTM Jewels, every piece is handcrafted to order in 18K solid gold (Au750) and premium lab-grown diamonds. Due to the bespoke and high-value nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
We offer a strict 24-hour grace period for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us at info@ltmjewels.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, your piece enters our master studio’s production phase, and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Damages & Quality Guarantee (7-Day Inspection)
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon arrival. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@ltmjewels.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the item and the original packaging.
For confirmed manufacturing defects, LTM Jewels will provide a complimentary exchange to ensure you receive the perfect piece you envisioned.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the highly exceptional case where a return is authorized by LTM Jewels at our sole discretion:
- Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs using a trackable and insured method.
- Condition: Items must be returned unworn, in perfect original condition, and in all original packaging (including branded boxes, pouches).
- Final Decision: LTM Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision on all requests.
