We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Interac.

As we serve 66 countries, our store utilizes Shopify’s real-time exchange rates. Prices are automatically converted and settled in your local currency based on the current market rate at the moment of purchase. Once this 24-hour period passes and production begins, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Order confirmations are sent automatically to your email upon purchase. We offer a 24-hour window to cancel or alter your order. Since each piece is handcrafted in 18K solid gold, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations once production begins after this 24-hour period. If you haven’t received your confirmation or need an immediate change, please check your spam folder or contact info@ltmjewels.com.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders are typically only canceled due to unforeseen stock issues or payment verification failures. If an order is canceled from our end, we will notify you immediately, offer a full refund, and suggest alternative bespoke options to help you find the perfect piece.

Because our jewelry is made-to-order to ensure bespoke quality, our standard production and delivery timeframe is 4 to 6 weeks. All sales at LTM Jewels are final. Because each piece is handcrafted to order in 18K solid gold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage you to review all product details and stone specifications carefully before placing your order to ensure it aligns with your vision.

My order has arrived, but there is an issue. What should I do?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day inspection window upon delivery. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@ltmjewels.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, we will provide a complimentary exchange to ensure you receive the perfect piece you ordered. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue in your email for a swift resolution.

How long does it take to process a refund for an approved exception?
